Welcome to Lawrenceburg's Rose Garden Home Rentals information.  Hello, my name is Martin Bentley; owner of the rental property located in downtown Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.  The property type is duplex homes setting on adjoining lots of 309-311 and 313-315 Humston Drive.  This area was developed around 1999 from farm land.  The area consists of private housing and rental property which has turned out to be one of the best locations to live in Lawrenceburg.  The rental property is tucked away in a quiet area, a large lawn with a mature wooded lined backyard. But do not be fooled, you are only a short walking distance to major grocery and retail stores.  Also, elementary, middle and high schools and several restaurants are within easy walking distance from the homes.  

Most people ask about utilities.  The property is all Kentucky Utilities (KU) known as one of the cheapest electric companies in the country.   

We acquired one duplex property of 309-311 in 2002 and two years later purchased the adjoining property with an existing duplex.  Both properties were only a few years old but my wife and I have worked hard to improve the landscaping and interior design of both the duplex homes.

309-311 Humston Drive location is a duplex that has a single car garage attached on each duplex for both tenants’ use.  Many use this as storage but we found that it’s a great place for a car in the winter.  It’s great to go out the interior door to the garage to a warm car and drive off or drive in from the weather.  This property has an extra wide double drive, a new HVAC system, a side exit door and a great backyard play area. The property includes a dishwasher and refrigerator.

313-315 Humston Drive location is a duplex that has a wonderful shaded backyard patio with a glass sliding door at the rear of the home.  This duplex has a large, eat in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and refrigerator and a lovely vaulted ceiling for the living room entrance area.  The property is located in a cul-de-sac that makes it a nice location since it is not on the main street.
