My present position provides Maintenance Department leadership that supports and assists the plant movement toward an OLPC and Cell configuration. The position requires extensive knowledge of the equipment, read and interpret manuals and understand how the equipment and its components affect the process/product quality. As an Area Coordinator I am the engineering, Team, and Management contact for my area of expertise. My area of expertise involves the following:
Arc flash analysis, short circuit study, electrical fault coordination, corporate Arc Flash Consultant Assist other facilities with electrical safety solutions Equipment cell configuration, designer Facilities electrical infrastructure designer Electrical safety policy and procedures creation per OSHA, NFPA 70E, 2009, IEEE-1584 and NEC electrical requirements Designed AutoCAD plant layout of equipment Assist leadership with confidential projects Provide support in electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and electronics repairs. Write machinery specifications, operational documents for cable production equipment.

| Work Accomplishments - Created a facilities computer network storage file to maintain and update electrical software file, electrical AutoCad drawings, and facilities drawings.
- Managed the purchasing of spare equipment parts from both local and foreign vendors and resolving shipping issues with customs.
- Managed electrical and mechanical facilities expansion projects.
- Designed and presented company safety presentation in Microsoft Power Point for annual contractor training.
- Instructed contractors on job briefings, safety procedures and ensure facility contractor policy requirements are met.
- Managed a $4 million project of installation and start-up of new production equipment.
- Led personnel in training seminars on such things as Siemens Software, Allen-Bradley Software, Control Techniques, Eurotherm and specialized trouble-shooting skills including, electrical schematic reading and cross-referencing techniques.
- Managed multi-million dollar equipment upgrades, including: Project planning, CER reports, Budget planning, CAD drawings, PLC programming, D.C. Digital drive programming and the configuration of parameters.
